- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆February 16, 2020, by john northMarginal workmanship, all new decking is mildew after 8 months. Multiple visits over 8 months to "cleanup" loose ends regarding workmanship. Failure to provide proper attic ventilation/circulation after a complete re-roof for $15,000.00 ; experimentation with closing vents made matters worse (as stated by his own consultant). After a subjective analysis he has concluded it is not his problem. I would not recommend this contractor nor put much faith in the BBB rating he currently carries .
